1) Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Nabtex is a professional carpet manufacturer with 30 years of experience in carpet production. We operate offices in nearly 20 cities across China and work with more than 1,000 dealers nationwide. Our annual production capacity exceeds 15 million square meters.Our product range includes Axminster carpets, printed carpets, carpet tiles, tufted carpets, and other customized carpet solutions.

2) What is your MOQ?

Our standard minimum order quantity is usually 100 square meters. Smaller orders may also be accepted depending on the product type and production requirements. Please note that pricing may vary for orders below the standard MOQ.

3) Can you provide samples? Will the sample quality be the same as the bulk order?

Yes. We can provide customized samples for your approval before bulk production.Once the product specifications and materials have been confirmed, the approved sample will serve as the quality reference for the bulk order. We follow strict quality control procedures to ensure consistency in materials, colors, patterns, construction, and finishing.

4) Can you develop custom designs for us?

Absolutely. Customization is one of our core strengths, and customized products account for approximately 70% of our annual orders.Our factory has a professional design and product development team of 30 experienced designers. We can assist with pattern development, color matching, material selection, and customized product solutions based on your requirements.

5) Can I visit your factory?

Of course. Customers are welcome to visit our factory and discuss their project requirements with our team.For your convenience, we can arrange pickup from the airport or railway station.
